Want to catch some awesome free music? Bravestation, a four-piece from our very own Toronto will be playing a free show at The Horseshoe tonight at 10pm. These fellas have been stomping the stages with a hefty show schedule the past six months, leaving behind a trail of newbie ferocious fans and all sorts of media buzz. They are definitely ones to watch in 2011. Perhaps sometimes the best things in life really are free.

BOOKS I TINARS Presents Nico Ricci, Tony Urquhart: "Lives of the Saints"
Bring together one Canadian literary figure, one great Canadian illustrator and one renowned art critic and what do you get? Besides the obvious national pride, this trifecta of brilliance makes up tonight's event at the Gladstone Hotel, presented by This Is Not a Reading Series (TINARS). After 20 years, Ricci's "Lives of the Saints" is being released as an illustrated version, thanks to Urquhart. Art critic Gary Michael Dault will be there investigating the creative process between writer and artist.

NETWORKING | How She Hustles
Some of the city's greatest female minds are gathering at the Mirage Supper Club tonight for an evening of networking, shared insight, information and inspiration. Founded in May 2010, How She Hustles is a dynamic network of creative and dynamic women, established to shed light on the demanding work that women do everyday. It is the "hustle" as they call it: managing a career, a family and volunteer commitments and more. Their inaugural event had the likes of a national director from CBC, two top DJs, and the CEO of YWCA, and this event is sure to draw out just as big female tycoons.

MUSIC I Fun at The Mod Club
Fun grew out of the friendship between three very talented musicians: former band member of The Format, Nate Ruess, multi-instrumentalist Andrew Dost and Steel Train's Jack Antonoff. Producing music that is drawn from many influences and experiences, Fun is exactly that, full of poppy and relevant sounds that can't help but bring a smile to your face. They've just released their debut, Aim & Ignite and are ready to share it with you tonight at The Mod Club.

ART | Look Hear! Nov 30th!
Celebrating up-and-coming artists, Look Hear has become known as one of the best places to receive a monthly dose of talent. There is so much untapped artistic capacity in Toronto and once a month this is reeled in at one event full of art, music and of course a few bevies. Tonight's show features artists Christopher Pemberton, Andrew Dunn Clarke and Sarah Allen Eagen and musicians The London Street Wankers and ADC Productions; a perfect symmetry of sensory pleasures.
