Stout Irish Pub's backyard patio indeed sits on a floor of AstroTurf (so think twice if you're thinking of smuggling in your dog). Nestled between two buildings, this patio is framed by walls of brick and equipped with bona fide picnic tables. A few umbrellas offer shade while strung lanterns act as décor, but the real ambiance comes by way of that intangible "pub" feel. Don't understand what I mean? Whatever; just don't bring your dog.
