Condo complex slated for area across from High Park

At long last, no more plywood.

The boarded up homes along Bloor between Pacific Avenue and Oakmount Road will be demolished to build a mid-rise condominium complex.

The Daniels Corporation announced they have closed a deal with WJ Properties, which owns the boarded up houses. Daniels is planning on constructing a 14-storey complex with stacked townhomes and retail frontage.

The new complex is to house about 300 units. No word yet on how many or which retailers will be moving in.
