Dropping by Riverside for some gastro-pub fare

Billing itself as a casual speak-easy, Prohibition, the two-year-old gastro house on Queen East, lured us down to Riverside under the promise of some upscale pub fare. Offering an extensive beer list and modern renditions of classics like pot roast, burgers, and grilled cheese, I was anxious to see if the food could hold up to its immaculate description of the menu.
