Your morning news roundup for Monday January 14th, 2008:

TTC status report (8:26am): "A section of the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway service is currently shut down from Bloor Station to Lawrence Station. Shuttle buses are in service." Happy Monday morning.

An innocent passerby has died after a stray bullet struck him in the head as he walked down Yonge St. The bullet was fired by a man who was ejected from a strip club and was likely meant for the bouncer.
