Arrrgh Matey! The White Fluffies Be Upon Us!

Get those snow tires on, get the shovel out of the garage, and prep your lock de-icers, as it seems winter has finally caught up with us! Provinces like Saskatchewan and Manitoba had to deal with temperatures as low as -48 celcius with wind chill last week, and that cool air thingie has been moving east. The snow is set to begin in the evening and pick up over night, leaving us with 10-15 centimeters of snow, according to the (not always) reliable weather network. While I don't drive, I have already been nominated to dig out the car on Monday morning. I suppose I could say no, but that would mean that I'd have the pleasure of actually sleeping in the car tonight.

Joy, it just started snowing this very second... Picture courtesy of me looking out the window this morning.
