Gotta stay cool any way possible!

The old adage that Toronto has two season, being Winter and Construction, doesn't seem to apply this year. I walked out my front door a few days ago wearing a winter coat, a toque, and a wool scarf, and nearly died of heat exhaustion in the 15 seconds I stood outside before sprinting back inside to discard everything in favor of a light spring coat. We are living in what could only be Bizarro Toronto. The Weather Network has today's high and low temperatures listed as 12 and 6 degrees celsius. For the next week, not once will the high dip below zero degrees. While kind of depressing from a Christmas-like perspective (Santa is going to roast riding on his sleigh this year, unless he decides to deliver presents in shorts and a t-shirt), it also means we won't get frostbitten going to the corner store to get a bag of chips.

We can't go skating at Philip's Square, but we can still play some weekend street hockey, so how are you taking advantage of the warm weather this holiday season?
