Free ride on the TTC? Not happening anytime soon, no matter how hot and smoggy it might get in Toronto. So how about just a discount to discourage people from driving?

The National Post comments on Shawn Micallef's post on Spacing Wire where he lamented about people cutting in line. Moral of the story: if you're going to cut in line, be short enough so you can't be caught on camera. Better yet, don't cut in line.
