Countdown to 2006: Where Will You Be?

This was my view during the last few seconds of 2004.
Last year, after a a lifetime of years in this city, I'd decided to go to Nathan Phillips Sq for the big party. It was, above all things, crowded. All I have to show for it are a roll of photos of strangers -- not that I took without asking, but which were begged of me when they (the drunk strangers) noticed I had a camera.

This year while there have been a series of last minute party invites (mostly today), it's still hard to figure out what's worth doing, if anything at all.

And so I ask you, dear reader, what are YOU doing for New Year's? Leave your comments and party invites for the rest of the city here... maybe as a collective we can save a few citizens from a rotten countdown with no view.
