If corporate Pride has got you down...

As Gay Pride in T.O. celebrates its 25th anniversary, a rumbling below the surface threatens to remind everyone of what pride once represented...

QueerDiversity.com is hoping to draw attention to the fact that more and more every year, organizers have been selling (not to say whoring) Pride off to the corporate sponsors that be. As that happens, the queer activism that once fueled Pride is being muffled and forced to take a back seat.

One of QD's initiative's this year is a zine that will be published and distributed the week of Pride. Within it, they hope to explore some of the issues facing Pride as well as the LGBT community right now.

Yeah, that leaves little time for you to ponder, but if you'd got something to say, than gather your thoughts and get them down on paper (or on file).

Write an opinion piece, poem, rant, comic, anything!
